Refund policy
We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange of sizing. Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds, therefore all sales are final. Please note that exchanges are only available for US continental orders, and for items we still have in stock.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging/tags.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at coltranelaneco@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you information on how to proceed, along with a prepaid return label. Exchanged items will be subject to a $10 fee as we pay for both sides of the shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. When requesting an exchange, please include your order number, the sized item you received, and the new size you'd like.
